Freedom of Speech

I like what Tina has to say about it....

*sorry babe, aku pinjam entry ko sikit ye....

"What I don't understand is how people actually demand for other people to blog they way they would have like them to be. I mean, that's pretty stupid isn't it. Blogging is not about pleasing people. And hey, you come across different views and opinions every other minute with everyone else but that's it. Move on. Next chapter please.I guess, it's not a free country after all. The freedom of speech thingy is a complete bullshit."

Maybe we can be pioneers to more freedom in the future....

It has to start somewhere...

oh sokong sokong.

there's no place where we can have a total freedom of speech.

i have to filter my blog entries and also each sentences i typed.

there's so many hearts to take care of.

that was why i used to blog anonymously.

somehow, with all the ip tracking tools, one can;t stay anonymous forever.

sigh

yeah freedom of speech is great. But it is not limited to the matters of heart. Guess when ur country is blessed with multiracial group, u cant discuss or challenge certain things. U know such s y only certain race(s) gets to go to local uni? u know wat i mean rite? So does that mean freedom of speech should be practiced (but with certain clauses?). Thats not freedom of speech anymore then.

Yeah, I get what u mean nicole...
even then, there's not much freedom of speech in local uni anyway, due to the fact that all forms of interaction and communication is bound by so-called "Act"...i didn't say that its existence is bad, but in some way we freedom of experession is limited.
I bet years ago overseas uni faced the same thing, maybe our local ones will evolve over time, as the minds of our younger generations and their educationers evolve...
