This is the gift for this week's achievement...so far for the past 7 days i have lost;
A further 0.6 kg (not much, but still further loss) and another 3.2 inches
So I deserve a break....I had wantan mee for breakfast, nasi dagang for lunch, shared lompat tikam for dessert and to top everything off...had one small cone of coconut flavoured Gellato!!!!
Now I am BLOATED!!!
Balik makan HL for dinner...and tomorrow, back on a strict diet regime...
