I Measured...

Tadi lari sekejap jumpa coach to get myself measured. Phewh....ada progress, sangat soka hati...

So the results of my 25 day in HL are;

Total kg's lost : 2.1 kg
Total inches lost : 6.4 inches - mainly comprise of 2 inches at my waist, 2 inches at my hips and 1 inches dekat arms n(itu satu tangan je dia ukur ye...kalau 2 tangan kira 2 inci kan???)....yang selebihnya kat lain2 bahagian...

Other stats are also showing improvements...most glaring is my Basal Metabolic Age kini sudah muda 3 tahun!!!!Yeay!!!cantek cantek!!!

I know the kg's lost is not that much compared to other people yang hilang berkilo2 even on the first month they join the program, tapi syukur alhamdulillah, because my inches is melting away!!!!

And this is definitely a kickstart to more!!!heheheh...hopefully....

I harus berterima kasih banyak2 pada coach I, Karen, yang berusaha gigih memotivasikan I within this last 25 days and Komala, yang tak serik2 mengingatkan I bahawa I have to stick to the program in order to make it work!!!(yeah, macam warden penjara but I still love u babe!!hehehe!!!)

*sebab I selalu accident. Segan nak admit...tapi tengahari tadi I boleh bantai blueberry cheesetart kat RotiMan...boleh tak???and that is not the only incident....Ini la akibatnya keluar makan ngan Mr Tan....heheheheh*

So count me one of the lucky ones.....

Next scheduled measuring meeting is next Thursday (hopefully I can make it!) and haruslah berusaha lebih gigih minggu ni (yeah, tak boleh skip gym...laki aku dah call dah tadi marah2 suruh pergi gym, dia pun dah jadi weight concious, teruk betul!!!).

15 minit lagi nak balik!!!Tak sabar!!!

best kan bila time nak measure tuh... walau nerbes sbb "accident2" nih, tp bila turun, rasa cam paid off sesangat... hehehehe...

u mesti lagik byk change sbb rajin gi gym lagik...

macam malam ni nak melencong buat Project Bag...

rasa2 kalau gigih bergym memang hot sangat2 dah...hehehe
