Motivating Myself to Drink More H2O's

Got this earlier...results mereka sangat le memberangsangkan...

*nama telah dicrop out okeh...bukan satu pun dari mereka kenalan aku, they are among the participants of the HL challenge at my wellness centre.Kenapa nama aku tak de???Sebab aku malas nak race ngan orang lain, I need to beat myself first*

tengok last participant....30 days in the program, lost 5.9kg dan 12.6 inches....sangat gigih okeh!!!!

Tapi did u guys notice one thing???

The person who consume water the most lost the most kg's!!!!

Apa lagi...kalau tak ambik HL pon pergila minum air banyak2.

aiyaaak!!!

i drank 1.5 litres of tea mix & 2 litres of water since started my HL... this combination of 3.5 litres per day je sudah buat ku terkenchssss begitu byk sekali...

how on earth did they managed to consumed that much of water intake per day? 6-7 litres... mau aku pindah my workstation tepi toilet tu jer...

i pernah protes kat coach I kata takot nanti water overdose, hahahaha!!!

same case here, ayik berlari2 pg toilet je. My officemate pun dah start wonder kenapa...nak tau diorang suggest apa???

Pakai tiub macam kat hospital!!! Boleh???

water therapy mmg sangat bagus untuk banyak hal.

when i got the migraine attack, dr suruh minum air banyak2.

low blood pressure pun minum air banyak.

and of course nak buang toxin dalam badan.

Dear Lea M,

i was like that too...i can't simply be bothered to drink water.sigh.but I suppose that comes with practice.
I started by drinking one litre a day...i made it a must by keeping a huge 1 litre water bottle next to me during working hours, and learn to take a sip every now and then. By the end of the day i make sure the one litre is gone...

After a week i go up a notch by making myself drink a litre every 4 hours...so in the morning i fill in a one litre bottle, then make sure it finish by lunch...then fill another bottle after lunch...

It'll take a while to adjust, but after a few days your body will automatically signals when they are thirsty and its not so bad anymore....these days I drink 500ml when i wake up, 2litre before lunch, 2 litre after lunch, 500 ml after work (during dinner or so) and if I go to gym, another litre or so during workout (as required)...

that is at least 5 litres a day...and to come from somebody who never drink water like me..

p/s : a tip , try replacing the drinks you take during normal lunch and dinner with warm water during the first few weeks...
