Gearing up before my exercise...

But then I am BLOATED after the yong tau foo extravaganza at lunch.

But still I don't want to be hungry after my workout, because I intend to run and do yoga (after weeks of ditching!) again.

*At least I know I'm still flexible, and it makes me CALM. I need CALM.*

So instead of the above, maybe I will resort to this instead...

Because by the time my yoga session would end it'll be 8.30pm, and I don't think that I want to eat so late since I'd be tired and would want to hit the sack asap.

Sigh.

Kena la pi beli kat gym jap lagi. One piece RM1.

aku tak suka peanut butter let alone campur pisang tp the pics sgt lah buat aku lapar, walaupon baru je bekfast mee goreng
