Anyways, I am entering my third consecutive week at the gym. Alhamdullillah so far I manage to maintain my first week record. So far dapat maintain 4 visits to run a 500 to 600 calorie run on the strider and 2 yoga classes.
Its my third week now, and I think since I am consistently exercising, its a good time to start revamping my diet plan. The aim to eat constant meals daily - mainly breakfast, lunch and dinner - skip the munchings in between, take a lot of water and reduce intake of sugary drinks.
So gar I am failing miserably sebab I had nasi lemak on Sunday (masa lepak with my blogger babes) and today (at lunch).
Its ok. Small steps goes a long way.
