There's a need to whip my stamina in shape for the walkaton this weekend, but ass seems to be particularly heavy....
This saturday is the walkaton day, and I am left all alone to do the walkaton myself thanks to a friend who ajak me but at the end didn't get to sign up.
Knowing me I am never a walkaton/jogathon/cross country or whatever "ton" kind of person (since dulu in school pun selalu escape from rentas desa and track events thanks to my homeroom teacher) but since this friend of mine macam excited sangat nak pergi so I sign up anyway.I know, its for a good cause. And yes, i know...you get to get a t-shirt and a goodie bag.....but then bosan la kalau at the end you end up all alone kan?
Thanks to me_magic I won't be alone. Hehehehe. Life-saver.She'll be joining the walk with a couple of friends and nice enough to have me tag along.
Oh time kasih time kasih.
Now with that, I just have to kickstart my momentum so I would (at least) finish the 3.8km walk about town. So last week before raya I did a 3 day 4km walk and manage to finish in 60 minutes (agak lama kan?) and hopefully I can walk at least the same amount of distant at the same amount (or less) time.
Tapi deep deep down inside rasa malas tu sangat la kronik! Damn! ni mesti kes banyak makan lemang and nasi the past couple of days and its making me feel so heavy. Sigh. Keji betul bila overfed ni. Sigh.
Hopefully this phase will past soon.Kalau tak berabuk lagi la gym attendance bulan depan.
To others who don't mind to "teman" me during the walk gimme a holler! Lagi ramai jalan sama-sama lagi best kan?
