How ironic it'll be - the national low cost carrier now holds stake in the country's air giant??

It is all over the news, MAS and Air Asia is in between finalising a share swap deal were the national low cost carrier will then own a 20% stake in MAS in order to salvage MAS's dying state. Hmm.....with that soon there will be no more competition between the two, how will it effect us all??

Will MAS flights be cheaper?

Grin.

But then I think its about time somebody step in and help out with MAS. Whatever Tony Fernandez did in AA apparently made some sense, and perhaps he can help MAS sour to greater heights and at the same time, create better value for consumer.

Let's wait and see what will happen then.....
